After working in black and white for many years I have recently started working in colour again, and photograph in what has been referred to as the poetic-documentary style. I prefer to work on projects where possible and much of my published work has come from extended trips to locations such as New York, Paris, Cairo and Poland as well as parts of the UK.
Self taught as a photographer but influenced by classic photographers of the 20th Century such as Henri Cartier-Bresson, Andre Kertesz and Bill Brandt.
