Over the past ten years the LPA has built a reputation for attracting top commercial and fine art photographers and becoming an important creative resource.
Initially, this was through its respected competitions, then its quality exhibitions and publications and, most recently, via LPA membership.
Our raison d’etre is to help promote our members by giving them as much visibility as possible:- through their portfolio spaces, online exhibitions and via the various galleries and news areas around the website.
As a result of the high quality of our photographers, the LPA website has become an important creative resource for the creative industry to access both established and new upcoming talent.
As a creative resource we are continually building our commissioners’ database, all of whom we email regularly with news updates. However, in the world of the web, it is vital to make yourself as visible as possible by being very ‘Google friendly’.
As an association the LPA can now do this very effectively, since we have just invested heavily in producing an updated website that is fully 'search engine optimized '. Which simply means that we attract a lot more traffic to the website, increasing sales opportunities and thereby helping every individual member in the association.
